My regular season ended strongly with a much better record than I expected, especially after the first few weeks of the season. But the playoffs are here, and we actually get to see “bad teams” playing in postseason.
The Washington Redskins should be thanking 8-pound, 6-ounce baby Jesus that they escaped Los Angeles with a win against the Rams last Sunday (even though there was no reason that should’ve ended up being a close game)
Remember when we were all comforting ourselves with ideas like “it’s just the preseason” and “the coaching staff is deliberately keeping things vanilla” and “it’s way too early to hit the panic button?”
Before the start of the 2016 season, us fans of the Washington Redskins believed that the team had assembled its most talented collective group of wide receivers and tight ends since the early 1990’s.
